• Q) How does your service charge?
  A) We charge 10% of total item expense. Please copy and paste taobao items' URL to the Shopping Cart it will tell you total item value and our handling fee.
  
  
• Q) Can you tell me the final total amount I should pay you plus the international shipping?
  A) Shipping cannot be quoted without knowing the weight, but you can estimate it yourself by using Final total calcuator

  A) We choose PayPal as our only online payment method, accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Offline payment method you can use Western Union.
  
  
• Q) If I were to transfer you money, what currency is that?
  A) BuyFromTaobao.com accepts any currency that supported by PayPal, and the default currency is US Dollar.
  
  
• Q) What happens if the item is unavailable? Do you refund my funds or do they sit on account?
  A) If some items unavailable when we buy, you will see a cross out line then. And the money of unavailable items will be deduct to the shipping, you can also get refund on PayPal too. And we do not charge any fee to unavailable items.
  
  
• Q) I see there is a large number of items in stock on taobao page, but you tell me it is sold out, why?
  A) The stock number on taobao not always correct, some seller sell them in many sources and do not update the stock number.
  
  
• Q) Where you can delivery?
  A) To 182 countries, almost world wide.
  
  
• Q) Which shipping you use?
  A) We choose DHL Express as the preferred shipping method, you can also choose Express Shipping to let us decide a good shipping method.
  
  
• Q) How long can I received package?
  A) It depends on which courty you are and what shipping method you use. In short, you can receive the item in 4 - 7 days after it arrived our place with Express Mail. But difference country has difference time, so we can’t offer an accurate day to you.
  
  
• Q) Can I use Regular Post to save shipping cost
  A) We can ship to European countries by Regular post, it is cheaper but slower. Check the rates in Rates and Service page. And for cheap and light itmes, the first 0.5 pounds is $14.5, then beyond the weight is $7.5 for every 0.5 pounds. (We provide discount, and the discount changes every month)
  
  
• Q) Is BuyFromTaobao.com's price all inclusive? Does it include duties and tariff?
  A) BuyFromTaobao.com's international shipping price includes a full door-to-door transportation cost, however, there may be additional duties and tariff be charged by customs in the destination country.
  In most cases, you won't be asked to pay the taxes or duties unless your package was considered to be used for the commercial.
  
  
• Q) Can you take pictures of my items so that I know what it looks like before having the package shipped to me?
  A) Yes. We will take digital pictures of any items you would like prior to shipping. There is an additional cost of $0.50 per image for this service.
  
  
• Q) Is there any insurance for my package?
  A) Parcel loss rate is low (about 0.3%). But in order to protect the safety of your shopping, we offer a free-of-charge insurance up to $100, if the parcel is lost in the way to you we will assume responsibility. Please note, the free insurance is only applied for the use of Express Mail. The use of regular mail, we do NOT provide any free insurance.
